This is a frankenstein bag that I orinally made at my SU! club night. You can see Loni's blog here. It's a 12x6 piece of paper scored at 5" on each of the long ends and 1 3/4" on the short ends, cut on the long sides and folded up. The eyes are punched from a 1" punch and 3/4" punch and the nose and hair are free hand.
